Wanted! Washington State Registered Voters
We need registered voters in Washington State to file a lawsuit and petition the court for an injunction to prevent Trump's name from appearing on the general election ballot.

Under the 14th Amendment Section 3 to the Constitution of the United States and as affirmed in RCW 29A.68.020 (2), Donald J Trump, is not eligible to appear on any Washington State general election ballot for any public office, including for the Office of the President of the United States. RCW 29A.68.020 (2) gives any voter registered in the State of Washington legal cause to challenge Trump's eligibility in Washington State Court should Trump be nominated by the Republican Party of Washington State to be their candidate for that (or any other) office.
Weirdly, RCW 29A.56.031 explicitly assures the Republican Party's right to choose Trump as their candidate during their primary election. In fact, the Republican Party could elect a dog to be their candidate and the RCW would still explicitly forbid the Washington State Secretary of State from changing their choice.
So while we cannot keep him off the Republican Primary ballot, We The People can file a lawsuit and seek an injunction preventing his name from appearing on the general election ballot. We can legally disqualify Trump in Washington State, BUT We The People must take legal action NOW!
